Autum foliage

I have not yet had a proper chance to use this but i have swatched it and played with on an experimental painting i am trying.
not really a painting but lots of paint experiments i am trying

This i have been able to use as a tree trunk but also washed over the wet sand colour and then used buttercup yellow wash and the sand look great.

Like autumn in a tube...

Lovely quality pigment, smooth and rich, as expected. It falls somewhere between the DS range Aussie Red Gold and English Red Ochre but seems to have slightly more radiance and better laying quality.

Autumn Glory

The skilled blending of PR101 and PY150 has given a beautiful colour ready for the autumn landsacape. Tweeked with a little more of yellow or red and gives a range of values for leaves. Blended with cobalt blue or sap green yields interesting natural browny greys.
