At Jackman's Art Materials, we are committed to providing artists with clear, manufacturer-sourced safety data. You may notice a California Proposition 65 warning on select colors within our Crystalline range. This is a "right to know" disclosure regarding trace elements that can be present in industrial-grade pigments.

These substances are classified as "ubiquitously occurring impurities". They are not intentionally added ingredients but are byproducts of the large-scale manufacturing processes used to create high-purity organic pigments.

We recommend following the guidance provided by the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Our labels reflect the potential presence of trace elements at the following levels:
