Carbon Black

Artist Quality Acrylic

An essential for all acrylic artists, our Carbon Black is made using the highest quality dispersion and carefully blending this into our acrylic polymer solution until the perfect viscosity similar to a thick cream is formed.

  • Maximum Pigment Load – Keeping consistent with our Professional Watercolour range, each individual formulation uses the maximum amount of pigment possible to produce an acrylic with the broadest handling capabilities
  • Transparent Binder – The Water white appearance of our binder once dry maximises the transmission of light to the pigment itself, resulting in the most intense hues
  • Minimal Colour Shift – What you see is what you get, Colour shift from wet to dry has been minimised allowing the artist to match colours more easily from palette to canvas
  • The Highest Quality Pigments – Keeping consistent with our Professional Watercolour range, only the purest and highest-grade pigments are used in our Artist Grade Acrylics

Using a cutting edge acrylic polymer and an inverse method to reach the perfect viscosity our acrylics are extremely stable in extreme temperatures changes, smooth flowing and Versatile with Excellent film integrity

Perfect for use as a primer, mixer and on its own

Excellent heavy body black

Can't give it a title as clicking in box causes error every time. Good thick black with good coverage. Mixes well with other colours . Can lift out well with knife..a heavy body paint worthy of the name. Have bought more colours because of the above.Aluitios Vanbear
