Cobalt (Aureolin) Yellow is a luminous, transparent yellow watercolour pigment with a cool, slightly greenish undertone. Its radiant, airy quality makes it perfect for painting sunlight, spring foliage, luminous reflections, and bright highlights. Known for its clarity and brilliance, this pigment brings light and vibrancy to watercolour compositions without overwhelming surrounding colours.

This semi-transparent yellow performs beautifully in glazing techniques, allowing you to build layers of glowing washes while maintaining a clean, fresh feel. Great addition...

Despite it's acidic appearance, this is a beautiful, rich, smooth and very well pigmented paint that lays perfectly, as one has come to expect from this excellent range.
Cool and sherbert lemon-like, great for botanical applications and light washes. Perfect for mixing cool greens.

Lovely fresh colour

This was one of the first Jackmans colours I've tried and I was impressed.
It is a gorgeous fresh yellow, perfect for spring flowers.
The paint is good quality and I found it easy to use (I'm a beginner)

Beautiful colour

A lovely colour! The order came in today, and I have only swatched the colours I bought (6), but they all rewet well and are well pigmented. This cobalt yellow is a beautiful soft yellow and a very nice addition to the more regular yellows I have..
